Burna Boy, the well-known Nigerian Afrobeat star, has delved into the film industry as an executive producer, expanding his horizons.
His first production, “3 Cold Dishes,” is a thrilling movie co-produced with Ifind, Alma Productions, Asurf Films, Martian Network, and Black Mic Mac.
The production company focuses on showcasing talent from Africa and the Middle East.
Burna Boy will supervise the film production through his production firm, Spaceship Films, founded in 2015 with his mother, Bose Ogulu.
Directed by Asurf Oluseyi, known for winning the AMVCA for Best Short Film in 2016, “3 Cold Dishes” promises a unique African cinematic experience.
The movie features top Nollywood actors like Osas Ighodaro, Wale Ojo, Femi Jacobs, Ruby Akubueze, Brutus Richards, and Greg Ojefua, as well as actors from Ivory Coast and Senegal, enhancing the film’s diversity.
