Afrobeats sensation, David Adeleke, widely recognized as Davido, has shared a surprising detail about his attire for his wedding ceremony today.
In a viral video from the event, Davido stated that the wristwatch he wore with his first outfit was valued at $800,000 (around N1.2 billion).
“Ain’t no fake watch, mehn. $800,000, man,” Davido said while flashing his watch on the camera.
Afric Showbiz recalls that Davido sparked controversy after claiming that his wife, Chioma’s engagement ring was worth three Rolls Royces.
His claims were largely trailed by doubts, with former Big Brother Naija reality star Dee One challenging him to present a receipt to support his claim.
