Portable, the controversial singer also known as Habeeb Okikiola, disclosed that he received an invitation to attend the wedding of his colleague, Davido.
He stated that he would have been one of the groomsmen if rapper Zlatan Ibile had not affected his relationship with the DMW boss.
Speaking during an Instagram live session with fans, Portable said;
“I was invited for Davido’s wedding. If Zlatan Ibile hadn’t ruined my friendship with Davido, I’d have been among the groomsmen.”
Afric Showbiz reports that Davido and Chioma’s wedding attracted dignitaries from all walks of life including Governors Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Alex Otti (Abia), Godwin Obaseki (Edo), former President Olusegun Obasanjo, and the Ooni of Ife, HRH Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
Celebrities at the event include Zlatan Ibile, Ini Edo, Paul Okoye, Patoranking, Cubana Chief Priest, B-Red, and many others.
Davido and Portable fell out after the latter accused the former of giving him “bad advice” during their recent dinner in the United States.
Davido unfollowed him on Instagram due to his outburst.
Portable later stated that the DMW boss had abandoned him after using him to gain popularity.
