The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved an increase in the fees for its International Passport, effective from 1st September 2024.
Afric Showbiz has gathered that this decision was made by the Federal Government as part of its efforts to maintain the quality and integrity of the Nigerian Standard Passport.
The Nigeria Immigration Service, in a statement released through its Public Relations Officer, KT Udo, announced that the 32-page passport booklet with a five-year validity, previously priced at thirty-five thousand naira, will now cost fifty thousand naira.
The 64-page passport booklet with a ten-year validity, which was seventy thousand naira, will now be one hundred thousand naira.
