On June 3, his ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination of their employment agreement.

Pisciotta, who worked for West for two years, claims that he sent her sexually explicit texts and acted inappropriately during her time there. West has not issued a public response to the accusations yet.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Pisciotta has 15 years of experience in the music industry. Kanye West hired her as a creative collaborator for his Yeezy Season 1 women’s fashion line in 2015, and she also contributed to his 2021 album, Donda.

In July 2021, she was appointed as West’s Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant with a guaranteed salary of $1 million per year, with the expectation that she be available “24/7.”

Before joining West full-time, Pisciotta earned $1 million by creating content on OnlyFans and social media. Initially, West was supportive, calling her an “OnlyFans superstar,” but in August 2022, he asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and strive to become “God-like,” promising her a payment of $1 million.

She alleged that he failed to pay her and then began sexually harassing her by sending explicit messages and pornographic videos, as well as masturbating during phone calls.

According to the lawsuit, during a flight to Paris, West allegedly called Pisciotta into a private room and masturbated under the covers. Despite being promoted to chief of staff for West’s companies in September 2022 with a promised $3 million bonus, she claims she never received it. Instead, the following month, she was offered a $3 million severance package which she also did not receive.

Pisciotta asserts that West became “obsessed” with her, even going as far as moving into her building and “stalking” her after she was terminated.

Pisciotta is pursuing a lawsuit seeking a minimum of $4 million for breach of contract, creating a hostile work environment, and engaging in sexual harassment.
